Louisa Hardman is designing and delivering the core modules as part of this exciting Future Leaders Collaboration with Exeter University.

This collaborative programme aims to: 

• Develop the next generation of internal executive leaders, from a diverse set of lived experiences and backgrounds
• Equip future leaders with the strategic insight/foresight and cross-organizational influence to lead change
• Build an inclusive leadership culture

WHEN will be working closely with Louisa and Exeter University to transform learning into action through our the 1:1 executive coaching that will take place at key moments across the programme design.
