Career Reformer | Neurodivergent Women
Progress your career. On your terms.
A career progression experience combining personalised insight, a three-day residential and the power of community.
You have skills, experience, ideas and ambitions. But higher education workplaces don't always recognise or support different ways of thinking, working and leading.
Perhaps you've spent years adapting to expectations that don't work for you. Perhaps your strengths are overlooked, progression feels unclear or you're ready to explore something different.
Career Reformer brings neurodivergent women from across UK higher education together to reflect, reconnect with their ambitions and explore what progression could look like for them.
It's an opportunity to step away from everyday demands, recognise the conditions that help you thrive and make more intentional choices about your future.
You don't need to change the way your mind works to have a career that works for you.
