The Career Accelerator Open Programme

13th & 14th April 2026

What's included: 

• 2-day workshop 
• Small group sessions facilitated by accredited coaches with experience of working in the higher education sector 
• Two 2-hour peer group coaching sessions, facilitated by accredited coach 
• All programme materials (including WHEN notebook and pen)

The specifics 

Registration will open at 9.30 am on Monday 13th April. The programme will start at 10 am that morning. The cohort will be 20-30 women from across the breadth of the sector, different levels of seniority, different roles, different backgrounds, all sharing the same intention of getting clear and focused on what's next for their career and how they will achieve it. You can expect to be part of an inclusive, open and warm group where you will be able to bring your whole-self and share as much or as little as you would like. 

On Tuesday the session will begin at 9.00 am and we will aim to be wrapped up by 4.00 pm. 

At the end of the workshop we will invite participants to opt into a two 2-hour, peer group coaching sessions that will take place within 90 days of the workshops. In these online sessions you will re-group with other participants, with the support of one of our coaching team. You will be guided to support one another to share and overcome challenges you may be facing in implementing your career plans. 

We hope and anticipate that you will form connections amongst the cohort that far outlive the programme itself and these peer group coaching session will help to enable that. 

The programme fee does not include accommodation. This you will need to source and book this yourself.
